Forge by AIdeology · persona 01 · enterprise adopter
Agents working inside your own operations — on your estate, under your guardrails, operated by your team.
Banks · insurers · healthcare groups · government · large corporates
The problem
In a regulated, data-sensitive organisation, the hard part is not the demo. Pilots stall at security review; nobody can say what the auditor will see; the vendor wants your data in their cloud; and when the consultants leave, nobody on your side can operate what they built.
Forge is built for exactly this buyer. The agent runs inside your perimeter, every action is guarded and logged, and at handover your team operates it — not us.
The vendor wants your data in their cloud, and your CISO — correctly — says no.
"What did the agent do, on whose authority?" is not answerable from a chat log.
The demo ran on a spreadsheet export. Production runs on core banking, ERP and CRM.
If your team cannot operate it, it was a project — not a capability.
The control boundary
One line on this diagram does all the work: your data never crosses it, and we only cross it to build and hand over.
Runs beside the data it works on — signed, tested, integrated with your core systems.
Your team's dashboard and controls — operated by you, not by us.
Crosses the boundary once
We come in to build, integrate and train your team — then hand over. Weeks nine to twelve are training and hypercare.
Never crosses it
Models are yours or reached by API. Nothing is trained on, stored or processed outside your estate.
The package
The enterprise package is the four products that take one agent from prototype to production inside your perimeter.
Your first use case becomes a working prototype in the first two weeks — you see it working before you commit to building it.
Production-grade code with full test coverage — reviewable and auditable, not a black box.
Runs on your own estate — on-premises or your cloud. Your data never leaves your perimeter.
Your team's dashboard, controls and audit trail — including the approval thresholds your risk function will ask about.
Publisher Portal and Marketplace are excluded from this package. You are not running a storefront, so you do not pay for one.
1,200% first-year ROI on the flagship case.
Forge Workspace
Not a chat box. An operations dashboard with metrics, an activity feed and the approval queue your risk function will ask about.
Forge Workspace
Business unit: Unit ARecent activity
Approval needed
Payment run above threshold — awaiting sign-off
Start, stop and tune each agent — with the metrics the business actually asks for.
Approval thresholds per process, so a person signs off where it matters.
Every action logged and traceable — what happened, on what data, and why.
Brands and business units isolated on one shared platform.
You operate the agents. We are not a dependency.
Use cases in production
The agents live today split cleanly across the two mandates every Gulf banking buyer carries.
The first meeting
We answer them here because you will ask them anyway.
Every agent action is logged in the Workspace audit trail — what was done, on whose authority, against which threshold. The audit trail is part of the product, not an add-on.
Approval thresholds are configured per agent. Actions beneath the threshold run; actions above it queue for a named person to approve from the Workspace dashboard. The control layer is one of the hardened Bricks, reused across every agent.
Your team does. Weeks nine to twelve of the engagement are training on the Workspace and a hypercare period — at day ninety you have one agent in production and a team that can build the next one.
Proof
A prototype in the first two weeks, an agent in production by day ninety, and a team of yours trained to operate it.
